Learn how to perform the three most important movement patterns for your legs. We provide you with regressions to make it easier if you are a beginner, and progressions to increase the difficult if you are super strong.
Separate training fad from physiology. We breakdown all the stuff you normally see in a training program (reps, set, tempo, frequency) and why they may or may not be as important as you think.
Laura Kummerle graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2018. Laura grew up doing gymnastics and competed at the collegiate level before she retired. Due to her love of movement, she never stopped exploring different ways of moving. She has expanded her knowledge base from gymnastics and calisthenics, to lifting, hand balancing, and ninja warrior training.
Jason Gulati graduated with a degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of New South Wales and currently holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). His background in sports science and BJJ led him to oversee the strength and conditioning program for BJJ, MMA, and Muay Thai athletes for over ten years. Practicing gymnastics as a teenager, calisthenics exercises have always been a staple of the programs he designs.
