SHIPPING

Our head office is based in Sydney, Australia. We have operations in Australia, Europe, Canada and the US.

We offer free shipping Canada-wide. We have fulfilment centres in Vancouver and Brampton – that means no import duties (Yay!)

Shipping normally takes 2-5 business days. Our shipping software will automatically dispatch your order from the fulfilment centre closest to you.

We ship orders using Canada Post, FedEx and UPS.

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible. If a shipping label has already been created, we will be unable to amend your address - you will need to contact the carrier directly.

• No tracking updates for 5+ days at any stage of your delivery
• Package was marked as delivered but didn’t arrive. Please allow 24-hours for your order to arrive after your tracking number indicates your package has been delivered.
