Make it harder
Add additional resistance to your calisthenics exercises as you get stronger. Increase the band tension by shortening the length of the band.
Make it easier
Get some assistance for more advanced exercises. Practice the correct technique with a reduced intensity – perfect for when you are stuck between progressions.
Change the tension
Bands use the principle of accommodating resistance; they increase the resistance at the parts of the exercise where you are stronger. Decrease the band length to increase the difficulty.
